I am a wife, a mom, and I have a passion for movement and the human body, and I strive to serve people. I became a personal trainer because I discovered a passion for moving and improving my own body, and I wanted to help others succeed in doing the same. I love my clients, they are ‘my people’, young and old, there’s nothing better than helping someone achieve their goals, whether it be a stronger performance on the field or just running around with the grandkids. What’s different about me? I am dedicated to my people, if I don’t know something, I’m not going to guess, but I will do the research and put in the work to figure it out. The fitness world is constantly evolving and I need to keep up! I love learning and applying that knowledge for the benefit of my clients.
I am a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, I am certified as a Performance Enhancement Specialist and Corrective Exercise Specialist through NASM; and also have my Pain Free Performance Certification (PPSC). am a Qualified Coach of the TRX Suspension Trainer, Rip Trainer and Suspension Training Group Exercise, as well as certified through Precision Nutrition as a Level 1 Nutrition Coach. My fascination with the human body and how it works has evolved into a job that I am passionate about and the connections I have made with clients have helped me learn so much from them! In my 13 plus years of training I have become a better trainer and coach by continuing to study and learn and apply what I learn to develop a program that will work for you!
Why should you train with me? Here's why...
